Last weekend just flew in.  This weekend I’m going to try to slow things down a tad…it’s just too fast.

We MUST sabour the moment!

BBQ all weekend me thinks, that’ll help the cause looool.

Try skiving on a Monday.

It works for me.  Slow breakfast.  Easy TV.  Roll one up and surf gently.

My Monday blues seem to be relieved by some chilled out music, a little online poker and the monday night game with the boys.

Aside from that, it’s hard to deal with.  Monday that is.

But there’s always Tuesday and Wednesday etc. which are awful days.  Things only get better by Thursday.  Maybe it goes back to school and how much I hated going there, Monday felt awful because there was such a long trek to Friday.

Not much happened on Monday….the usual get-together with the boys, whining from the Mrs and a large mixed kebab for my sins. 

Sadly, the whining Mrs put a damper on things although I soon forgot about it all and had a good laugh with the boys.

This Monday sucked.  It sucked so bad that even the Monday nite poker game didn’t cheer me up (came 2nd btw).

In fact it still feels like Tuesday but it’s Thursday.

Guess too much skiving lol.

Yup, it’s the worst day of the week for sure.

Your time-line is off from the weekend, you’re tired and dreading work/school or college.

But let’s look it at this way, Monday night can be an extension to the weekend….we play poker every Monday for decent cash and that lifts our spirits.

Try something like that…..it gives you something to look forward to on a Monday.
